Hi, I’m Moazzam Ahmed.
Product leader. Founder. Educator. AI enabler.
I help people and organizations turn understanding into action—whether that means choosing a direction, building a product, or making AI useful in everyday work.
Based in Seattle, I bring experience across Microsoft, SAP, and T-Mobile, with work spanning product strategy, ecommerce, search, personalization, and team leadership. That experience shapes how I teach: start with a real problem, understand the people involved, and test what actually helps.
As the founder of QManager, a school dismissal software business, I’ve also worked at the intersection of technology and the operational realities of schools. Building for real users keeps my approach grounded in practical needs, adoption, and outcomes.
My background includes a master’s in Organizational Behavior and an MIT certificate in Organizational Transformation with AI. I bring both a technology and a people perspective to change: a useful tool only matters when people can confidently use it.
